（1）TYS-102UV4-18L全自動絲網(wǎng)印刷生產(chǎn)線為四色圓面印刷機(jī)，

（2）整套生產(chǎn)線的控制系統(tǒng)由先進(jìn)模塊式可編程控制器（PLC）與簡單易用的觸摸屏（TOUCH SCREEN）所構(gòu)成； 本機(jī)的機(jī)械傳動部分采用進(jìn)口馬達(dá)與其配套的變速箱構(gòu)成，具有火焰表面處理、自動升降印頭、無極調(diào)速、快慢速機(jī)械傳動、自動預(yù)先對位、無件不印刷等控制功能；自動火焰表面處理裝置用于改變?nèi)萜鞅砻嬷M織結(jié)構(gòu)，確保印刷油墨牢固附著于印刷上；

（3）本機(jī)由自帶UV紫外線固化爐組成之絲印生產(chǎn)線，尤能顯現(xiàn)本公司自動化產(chǎn)品之優(yōu)越性，同時在油墨固化前檢出印刷次品以便再次印刷也是一大特點(diǎn)。光電檢測輸送帶停止功能可以減少進(jìn)料時皮帶對容器之磨花；
